3. You are solely responsible for how you interact with leads or prospects discovered through the platform.
4. Any misuse (e.g., spam, harassment, or policy violations) will result in suspension or permanent ban.

2. You retain ownership of your data; we only process it to deliver relevant insights.
3. We use secure cloud infrastructure to store and manage your information.

• RIXLY uses AI models to generate insights and relevance scores.
• These insights are suggestions only and should not be considered factual or guaranteed.
• Users are encouraged to independently verify leads or opportunities before engagement.

• We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Planned maintenance or downtime may occur with prior notice when possible.
• We are not liable for outages caused by external services or API restrictions (e.g., API limits).

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIXLY shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid in the last one (1) month.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or using the Platform maliciously.
• You may delete your account at any time from settings.
• Deleted accounts will result in removal of associated data as per our retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of RIXLY.com after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
